One controlled sequence

A documented operating sequence keeps custody, exceptions and outcomes visible.

The project is governed through agreed scope, collection, reconciliation, data treatment, circular routing and close-out. Each stage produces evidence for the next.

Book collection

Service capability

Controls designed around the project—not added at the end.

Defined scope

Agree the estate, risk, access and required documents.

Planned collection

Complete a named handover and controlled transport.

Controlled treatment

Keep data and asset decisions connected.

Agreed closure

Reconcile evidence, exceptions and customer outcomes.

Controlled operating sequence

Move from scope to evidence without losing the chain of custody.

01

Scope

Confirm assets, sites, access, policy, data requirements and the expected project evidence.

02

Collect

Complete a named handover and controlled collection with exceptions recorded at the point of custody.

03

Audit

Identify received assets, reconcile the estate and isolate any variance for review.

04

Treat & recover

Apply the agreed data route and direct suitable equipment toward reuse, refurbishment or value recovery.

05

Close

Reconcile outcomes and provide a customer-ready completion record.

Evidence delivered

A customer-ready record of what happened to the estate.

The final evidence depends on the contracted scope, but the operating model is built to connect asset identity, data treatment, final route and project exceptions.

Common questions

What procurement and project teams usually ask.

View all FAQs
What information do you need to quote?+

The most useful starting information is equipment type, approximate quantity, locations, collection timing, access restrictions, data-bearing status, required evidence and the preferred reuse or recycling outcome.

Do you guarantee value recovery?+

No. Residual value depends on model, age, configuration, condition, quantity, market demand, data-treatment result and the agreed commercial model. Eligible assets and deductions should be reconciled transparently.

Can reusable devices avoid recycling?+

Where data security, condition, ownership, economics and client policy allow, suitable devices can be redeployed, refurbished, remarketed or routed through a controlled social-impact programme before material recycling.

How is data destruction evidenced?+

The project scope should define the method and the expected evidence. Records can include the asset or media identifier, treatment method, result, date, exception state and project certificate.

Plan the next step

Turn redundant technology into a secure, documented outcome.

Share the estate, locations, timing and evidence requirements so the project can be assessed properly.
