Can data-bearing devices enter a reuse route?+
Only after the agreed data-control requirement is satisfied and recorded. The data decision is made before the reuse, resale or redeployment claim—not afterwards.
Is value recovery guaranteed?+
No. Value depends on the exact asset, specification, condition, quantity, demand, data outcome and agreed commercial terms. Eligible assets and deductions should be reconciled transparently.
