How are refurbished devices graded?
The confirmed offer should state the cosmetic grade and describe what it means. Functional condition, battery result, accessories and warranty are separate fields and should not be assumed from the cosmetic grade.
Do all devices include a charger or accessories?
Not automatically. The confirmed offer should list every included accessory, cable, adapter, stand, keyboard, mouse or protective item.
Can you supply matched business or education batches?
The request can be reviewed for matched or approved-equivalent supply. The model range, quantity, grade tolerance, configuration, labels, delivery stages, support and exceptions need to be agreed.
Is battery health guaranteed?
A battery result, threshold or replacement condition must be stated on the confirmed offer. The website does not apply one generic battery promise to every device family or supply route.
What warranty and returns apply?
The exact warranty, support and return terms depend on the confirmed device, customer type and supply route. They should be provided before approval rather than implied by a demonstration card.
Can I buy immediately through the website?
Not yet. The current journey is request-based so the team can confirm real inventory and commercial terms. Checkout should only be enabled when genuine SKUs, stock, prices, VAT, payments, delivery, returns and warranty operations are commissioned.
