Two programmes. Separate governance.
SIT Recycling operates a UK digital-inclusion programme and a distinct Liberia education programme. Each has its own target groups, partner checks, equipment decisions and evidence trail.
United Kingdom programme
For people and community organisations facing digital exclusion in the UK. Support is considered through authorised referrals and verified local partnerships.
UK participation route
Referrals are UK-only. The first form is deliberately pseudonymous and does not request the beneficiary's name.
Liberia programme
For verified schools, training providers and education organisations in Liberia. This is an institution-led education pathway, not an extension of the UK beneficiary-referral scheme.
Liberia participation route
No UK referral form is used. Education partners are checked separately before equipment, delivery scope or support is approved.
Protected programme boundaries
UK and Liberia activity is never presented as one undifferentiated beneficiary pool.
UK referrals remain in the UK pathway. Liberia participation is organised through verified education partners.
Eligibility, partner approval, available equipment and delivery capacity are reviewed for each programme independently.
Every released device has a recorded programme and destination. UK-referred beneficiary equipment is not diverted to Liberia.
Recorded devices, people supported, training hours and other verified outcomes are tagged and reported by programme.
Allocation rule: donors may state a preferred programme, but SIT confirms routing only after security, suitability, legal, logistics and programme-capacity review.
Choose the correct route
Organisations can state a programme preference. Submission starts an assessment and does not confirm acceptance or destination.

A form reference confirms receipt only. It does not confirm collection, equipment acceptance, eligibility, device allocation, grant funding, programme admission, international shipment or portal access. SIT confirms each approved stage separately.
