No. A stored request confirms receipt only. SIT Recycling reviews the device, fault, data risk, parts route and operational capacity before confirming an assessment or repair.

Will work begin before I approve the price?+

No chargeable repair work should begin until the scope, estimated price and material assumptions have been presented and explicit approval has been recorded.

What happens when a repair is not economical?+

The outcome can be a secure return, a repair-versus-replacement recommendation, value recovery, refurbishment review or responsible recycling. The reason should remain visible.

Can you repair business or school batches?+

Yes, the request architecture supports batch triage. The project should define quantities, device families, repeated faults, data controls, decision limits, timing and required evidence.

How are data and account locks handled?+

The request asks for data sensitivity and access restrictions. Customer credentials should never be pasted into a public form. Any required access method is agreed through a protected process.
